Terms of Service
What this service does
yablJuice is a platform for short-form video creators. A creator uploads a video once, selects the platforms and writes a caption for each, and the service publishes the video on the creator's behalf and collects the resulting statistics in one place.
Who may use it
The service is available to users aged 14 and over who own the accounts they intend to publish to.
If you are under 18, using the service and receiving compensation require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. We may request this consent at any time and suspend payouts until it is provided.
Each platform's own age requirements apply independently: you may connect a VK, YouTube, Instagram, Threads or TikTok account only if you meet that platform's rules.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- One platform account can be linked to only one yablJuice dashboard.
- Connecting accounts that do not belong to you is prohibited.
- Platforms are not all opened at once: some are still under review by the platforms themselves, so only part of the list may be available in your dashboard.
Your content
You retain all rights to the videos you upload. By uploading a video you authorise the service to publish it on the platforms you selected and to retrieve its statistics.
You confirm that you have the right to publish the material: it is yours, or you have the rights holder's permission, including rights to any music used.
Prohibited use
- Publishing content that belongs to someone else without permission.
- Publishing material that violates applicable law or the platforms' rules.
- Artificially inflating views or any other metrics.
- Re-uploading the same video to boost your numbers. We compare files with each other and flag duplicates.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
Violations may result in suspension of access and forfeiture of accrued compensation.
Compensation
This document is not a public offer and creates no financial obligations. Rates, payment terms and schedules are set out in a separate agreement between the creator and yablJuice.
Compensation is calculated from statistics provided by the platforms themselves.
Moving to the next level is not automatic: a mentor reviews the numbers you have reached, and the level changes only after that review.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. Platforms may change their rules and interfaces, restrict publishing, or become temporarily unavailable — these events are outside our control.
Ending use
You may disconnect any platform or delete your account at any time. Videos already published remain on the platforms; you can manage them directly from your own account there.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will notify you in the dashboard at least 3 days before changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
