Privacy Policy
yablJuice is a service for short-form video creators. It lets a creator publish a video to several platforms at once and see the resulting statistics in one place. This page explains what data we collect and what we do with it.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and a one-way hash of the password.
- Platform access: authorization tokens you grant us when you connect your VK, YouTube, Instagram, Threads or TikTok account. We never receive or store the passwords to those accounts.
- Account handles: your Instagram or Threads username, if you provide it. It is used only to send you an invitation from the app.
- Videos and captions: the files you upload and the text you write for them.
- Statistics: views, likes, comments and shares for videos published through the service, retrieved from the platforms' own interfaces.
- Technical data: sign-in date and time, browser type, and a one-way hash of the IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses.
Why we need it
Solely to operate the service: to publish your video where you asked, show you its statistics, and calculate your compensation.
We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for profiling.
YouTube data
This service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
We request the minimum scopes required: uploading videos to your own channel and reading analytics for your own videos. We do not read your subscriptions, comment on your behalf, or access any other channel.
You can revoke access at any time — from your yablJuice dashboard or via the Google security settings page. Data obtained from YouTube API Services is deleted within 30 days of revocation.
How a video reaches a platform
VK, YouTube and TikTok accept the video file directly from us. Instagram and Threads work differently: they do not accept a file — they download the video from a link we give them. So while a post is being published, your video is reachable through a temporary signed link that cannot be guessed and stops working after a few hours. The link is never published anywhere and is handed only to the platform itself.
Meta and TikTok data
By connecting Instagram or Threads you agree to the Meta Terms and the Instagram Privacy Policy. By connecting TikTok you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy. We request only the ability to publish videos and to read their statistics.
How we protect data
Platform access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and cannot be recovered. All connections use TLS. Data is hosted on servers located in Russia.
How long we keep data
For as long as you use the service. After account deletion, tokens and video files are removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be kept longer; it cannot be used to identify you.
Users under 18
The service is available from the age of 14. For users under 18, processing of personal data and payment of compensation require consent from a parent or legal guardian. We may request such consent and suspend the account until it is provided.
Your rights
- Disconnect any linked platform from your dashboard at any time.
- Request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to the address below.
- Delete your account together with all uploaded videos.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the dashboard at least 3 days before the changes take effect.
